How does the 14-day free trial work?

You can start using our platform immediately without entering any credit card details. The trial gives you full access to all features of your selected plan. After 14 days, you can choose to subscribe or your account will be automatically paused.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual subscriptions. Enterprise customers may also pay by invoice with NET 30 terms.

Yes. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. For example, the Professional plan costs $99/month or $950/year, saving you $238. For custom enterprise pricing, please contact our sales team.

You can export your data anytime in standard formats such as CSV or JSON. After cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate your account. After that period, all data is permanently deleted from our servers.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with instant access to additional features. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you’ll retain access to premium features until then.

Yes. Security is one of our top priorities. We use bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, store data in SOC 2 certified data centers, and comply fully with GDPR standards. Regular security audits and penetration testing are also performed.

All plans include email support with response times under 24 hours. Professional plans also include priority chat support. Enterprise customers receive dedicated account managers, 24/7 phone support, and personalized onboarding assistance.

 

Yes. All customers receive access to our knowledge base, video tutorials, and webinars. Professional and Enterprise plans also include personalized onboarding sessions and ongoing training for your team.

Yes. Each plan includes a team member limit:
•Starter: 2 users
•Professional: 10 users
•Enterprise: Unlimited users
 
Additional users can be added by upgrading your plan or purchasing extra seats at $15 per user per month.

What is your hiring process?

Our hiring process includes four stages: an initial phone screening (30 minutes), a technical or skills assessment, interviews with 2–3 team members, and a final culture-fit conversation with leadership. The entire process typically takes 2–3 weeks from application to offer.

We review all applications within five business days. If your profile matches our requirements, our recruiting team will contact you to schedule an initial conversation. All applicants will receive an update even if we decide not to move forward.

New employees complete a structured two-week onboarding program that includes product training, introductions to key team members, and development environment setup. Each new hire is paired with an onboarding buddy and has regular check-ins with their manager during the first 90 days.

Yes. If you are interested in more than one role, you are welcome to apply to multiple positions. Our recruiting team will review your applications and may recommend the role that best matches your experience and skills.

What does your remote work policy look like?

We are a remote-first company with team members in more than 15 countries. Employees can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. We provide a home-office stipend and require overlap with core collaboration hours (10 AM – 2 PM PT). We also organize quarterly team offsites.
